challenge motorwerks

this logo was for “challenge motorwerks” an up and coming automotive tuning company, specializing in european cars.

i created the logo and the gold rendered crest as per the clients request.

challenge printing

in addition to spending the winter on snow i was commissioned to do some design work too.

this piece was for “the challenge printing company” they are an industry leader for pharmaceutical label printing. the purpose of this design was to highlight the new digital HP printer they are using now.

a season with mount everest

well, its been a minute since i’ve updated. here is a recap of where i spent the better part of my winter.

pretty much every weekend i was @ mountain creek manning a demo booth for mount everest ski shop, armed with the best snow sliding gear you could possibly strap your feet into. our goal? to be as awesome as possible… we succeeded, my hands hurt from how many high fives we were giving out because the general population at the mountain was so amped on what we were offering them.

anyway here is a little photo montage.

Bright Lights Cold Steel @ Mountain Creek

I headed up to Creek this past weekend for their “Bright Lights, Cold Steel” pre season sesh…they
had a couple jenky features set up with some hay…er ice chips. i’ll give em an ‘A’ for effort, it was 65º on saturday. the kids shredding were trying real hard, but having some trouble bringing it together. didn’t know why my expectations were so high, maybe its because i assumed creek bred jib riders. for it being so early in season it wasn’t so bad, and it got everyone really amped for the shred
season.
i checked out the redbull skate bowl in south lodge while i was up there too. that thing was RAD! super fast and fun i will defiantly be hitting that up again. not to mention it was going off on saturday night, dudes where killing it.
here are a few snaps from the night.

work in progress

this is going to be a logo for a new automotive community. the only direction i got from the client was, “make it cool”…uhm ok. this going logo is going to be used on everything from die cut vinyl to t-shirts…and we decided to not make it too obviously automotive…so here are some choices.

New Design

Here is a recent design I did for www.davidblitzer.com
He is a nautical photographer based out of NYC with great eye for all things related to sailing. He wanted
a logo inspired by 1930′s propaganda headlines with an art decoish feel.
This is what we came up with.

Hi
